The goal of the YOU campaign was to educate the Southern California market on the new OptumCare Medical Group name, and effectively transition brand equity from legacy brands to OptumCare Medical Group.
The “YOU” campaign was executed in three campaigns:
- Brand seeding
- Open Enrollment
- Evergreen campaign: Prospects and existing patients
- Continued brand awareness through direct mail, media placement and paid advertisement
- Prospective patient direct response for rebranded offices in Southern California utilizing paid search.
